Welcome to the BluPrnt!  I named my book the BluPrnt because the engineer in me really enjoys the process mapping, the construction, and the design of things especially when it comes to business and management.  Many engineering principles correlate to management and my book shares the stories behind how I implemented them.  I also believe that the best part of business is the people you work with.  Many of the topics I address are focused on people and helping them feel fulfilled, motivated, and productive in their professional pursuits.  I am passionate about business and even more passionate about helping those that crave to be their own boss, take on the risk, and work rather than sleep.
